Personal Training
A complete, comprehensive, and individually created workout/nutrition plan based on a very thorough assessment process where I regress and progress you through your program as you reach new results. This complete assessment process is done on each individual regardless of the type of training (personal ,double, group, or corporate sessions).

Comprehensive Assessment Tests
Through the use of numerous assessment techniques, Joshua takes as much time and testing as needed to identify postural, core strength, and muscular imbalances for each individual.

Medical History Review and Physical Activity Review
This includes any medical paperwork, x-rays, MRI's, etc....that may be pertinent when starting a comprehensive fitness program. Joshua is very thorough during this review and may request extra paperwork from your physician or health care provider.

Cardiovascular Tests
Depending on your fitness needs, cardiovascular testing is performed and a full cardiovascular workout program is designed for each individual to perform outside of their training sessions.

Measurments/Body Fat %
Measurements and Body Fat are obtained prior to starting your first training session. After that, clients can request further measurements at any time during their training in order to see the results they've achieved so far.

Trainer-led Personalized Program
Trainer led personalized workout program at Solid Fitness gym for 1 hour at 2-5 sessions (hours) a week.

Correctional At-Home Exercise Program
Because of the extensive assessment process, Joshua will identify overacting musculature and create a 5-10 minute corrective workout to do at home in order to further speed up imbalances and reduce aches and pains associated from them.

Personalized Cardio Program
Depending on your goals, Cardiovascular tests can be performed. Through these tests, Joshua will create a personalized cardiovascular program for you to perform outside of training at Solid Fitness Gym to further help you reach your best results.

Personalized Caloric Program
Through a comprehensive caloric intake form, Joshua will explain how many calories you expend throughout the day and how many calories you should cut or increase, based on the results you want to achieve. Joshua takes the time with each individual, explaining how he arrived at these numbers and also works with each person to ensure that any caloric restriction or addition is able to be maintained by the client safely and effectively.
Corporate Training
Through corporate fitness training, I have helped change peoples' lives and create healthier employees who produce more and reduce the company's health care costs. This, in turn, creates more positive and energetic atmosphere in the workplace among employees and clients. I offer a comprehensive and result-based workout approach for the corporate group.
